Sauchie Juniors are delighted to confirm the signing of central defender Taylor Gordon.
Taylor featured as a trialist during this weekend’s tournament at Kelty Hearts, and put pen to paper immediately after the victory over Kennoway Star Hearts.
The defender, who has spent the last four years studying in Texas on a football scholarship, has signed for the coming season and becomes the fifth addition to the squad, following the captures of Greg McGuinness, Ryan Leary, Gary Graham and Conor Kelly.
Taylor said: “It’s good to be able to get back playing in Scotland after four years away. I’m happy to be playing in a men’s team again, because for the last four years I’ve been playing pretty much exclusively with people between the ages of 18 and 23.
“Everyone at the club has been very welcoming. Now I’m looking forward to getting a full season in the Super League under my belt.”
